PhD students who want to present their work must submit an abstract (max 500 words) by March 22 and a paper (max 8000 words) by April 12. 

Submitted papers should have a clear description of the frame/context of the paper. If it is a part of the dissertation, how does it fit in? If it is an article, where is it supposed to be published? If the paper is a first draft, tell us what is missing and what it will look like in finished form! It is also advisable to write what kind of feedback the PhD student expects to get.
