Indoor cycling—just because!
Please use our indoor stationary cycles for a while.
The Public Health Agency of Sweden recommends increased physical activity in everyday life.
The general recommendations of the Agency are:
- Any and all exercise counts. Collect everyday activities in your daily life.
- Take exercise breaks. A few minutes every half hour will reduce the risks associated with a prolonged sedentary lifestyle
- Limited physical activity is better than none at all. Start with small amounts of physical activity, gradually
increasing the frequency, intensity and duration over time. - If you choose cycling instead of car rides for transportation, you will also help reduce exhaust fumes and carbon dioxide emissions!
