What is your research area?

- My research concerns tourism practitioners. In my PhD project, I explore how practitioners use agency, knowledge and creativity in their workplaces.

Tell us about your background

- I have my background in sociology (BA and MA from Kyiv National Aviation University, Ukraine, my home country), and MA in Service Management in Tourism (Lund University, Sweden). I also have practical experience in food and beverage hospitality.
