IoT Innovation ‑ SMART closing event
June 5th, we are arranging a closing event for the research project SMART - smart systems and services. This day we offer a SMART Tech Tour around Sundsvall city where we will visit our partner companies to see the results from the project. In the afternoon we will gather at Englaporten for interesting keynotes.
Three years have passed since the research project SMART started in June 2016 and now is the time to present the results! What does the latest research in the Internet of Things say? What new experiences have the project's partner companies gain and what new products and services have been developed? You can see this and much more during this day!
SMART Tech Tour
We start the day with breakfast and mingle at Englaporten. Then all participants will be divided into groups and guided around the city on a SMART Tech tour. We will, among other things, visit Telia to hear more about Miun 5G, meet MittSverige Vatten & Avfall who tells about their journey to digitize their sewage wells. In addition, Biometria (formerly SDC) will tell how they improved and saved money on timber measurement using AI.
Inspirational speaker
In the afternoon we gather again at the Englaporten to listen to Amer Muhammed, the entrepreneur and the brain behind the shipping company Stena Line's AI venture. Maria Norberg, who runs the network Women in Tech with more than 24,000 members. She will talk about how you can create an equal workplace with diversity - and why it is needed!
Don't miss this eventful day that offers alot of concrete examples of how you can work with AI and IoT to improve and develop your business!

The deadline for registration is May 24. If there is no attendance or cancellation after 24 May, you will be charged SEK 500 ex VAT. However, the place can be transferred to someone else. If so, notify the name of the person to christine.grafstrom@miun.se
