Welcome to our open seminar in the series Business Innovation Seminar February 4, 2016. Our guest this time is Marita Niemelä, VP Strategy at Valmet.
Associate Professor Marita Niemelä has more than 25 years of experience in the industrial sector development, including the oil industry, the chemical sector and the forest industry. Her latest assignment is about bioenergy, biofuels and biorefineries. During her lecture she shares her experiences of Valmet and their prospects for the forest industry.
The seminar is organized by the Research Centre FSCN and STC together with BioBusiness Arena and Fiber Optic Valley. We invite representatives of business and industry in different ways, share their experiences and future prospects for each industry.
