Communication for a healthy workplace
The project is run under the collaboration agreement between Mid Sweden University and the municipality of Sundsvall.
The purpose is to contribute with knowledge of the communication factors that affect organization and business development, and which can both facilitate and hinder the work with a sustainable work environment.
It is carried out together with the municipality's representatives and the project Sustainable working life and is related to the Sustainable Organizational Work Environment Survey project, which develops new knowledge about how processes and structures in organizations affect the utilization of resources and contributes to managers and employees' working conditions and work environment. The project studies the efforts made specifically in a workplace by training in the areas of health and communication and their results.
