Degree of Bachelor of Science in Social Work (210 credits)
The Social Work Education is both vocational and preparatory for research. It provide broad competence for independent social work at individual, group and society level - in Sweden and in the rest of the world. Teaching is conducted mainly in Swedish.
Human Resource Management and Labour Relations (180 credits)
The Human Resource Management and Labour Relations program gives both theoretical and practical knowledge about the human being at the workplace. The two main subjects of the program are psychology and sociology. Teaching is conducted mainly in Swedish.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (180 credits)
A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology can be obtain by combining a major in psychology with a minor in other subjects. The courses Introduction to Psychology (30 credits) and Bachelor Thesis (30 credits) are compulsory. The remaining credits must be obtained primarly in psychology. Teaching is conducted mainly in Swedish.
Master in Psychology (300 credits)
The program is for students who wish to acquire the necessary skills and requirements to work as psychologists in Sweden. Teaching is conducted mainly in Swedish.
Degree of Master of Science (120 credits) with a major in Social Work
This research preparatory programme is aimed at students who wish to deepen their knowledge and skills in planning and conducting research projects. Teaching is conducted mainly in Swedish.
Master Program in Emotion Psychology (120 credits)
Our master in emotion psychology is for students who already have obtained a Bachelor's Degree in psychology. The program is offered as a distance education with a few compulsory physical meetings on campus in Östersund every semester. Teaching is conducted in English.
