“5G for enhanced mobile broadband and beyond”

5G was introduced in 2019 and the deployment is now picking up pace in Europe and globally. Aside from adding new spectrum bandwidth, increasing capacity and data rates, 5G will enable new types of mobile services thanks to lower latency, “network slicing” and a more flexible, cloud native, network architecture.

The guest lecture is the starting shot for the distance education 5G Teknologier at Mid Sweden University, which starts on 18 January 2021. The course is given online and on quarter speed, which makes it excellent for competence development alongside your work. You can apply late for the course until February 1, 2021.
