New information regarding monthly tickets for the parking in Sundsvall

In order to create more vacancies in the area, the fee ticket in Parkster will require a password from 5 November.

 The reason is that residents in the area have found the opportunity to park with a cheap monthly ticket and therefore stand evenings, nights and above all daytime and take up space from those who work and are going to visit the University. With requirements for passwords that are changed annually and communicated internally, our hope is that this will cease.

How does it work and why is my monthly ticket not approved?

When you buy a monthly ticket and enter the code, it needs to be approved by Drakstaden at the next stage, which does not happen immediately. Until then, the staff may need to buy a day ticket as the monthly ticket is not valid before Drakstaden's approval.

Another thing is that Drakstaden does not receive any push notifications that someone has bought the monthly ticket so it may take a while and then you can contact Drakstaden Parking to complain about it at 060-6079670.
