Submission of schedule documentation for study period 4 no later than 30 December.
Dear colleagues, The schedule function has now sent out an e-mail to everyone who is registered as course coordinators in Ladok regarding the submission of schedule documentation.
As you know, it will soon be time for us at the schedule function to start scheduling for study period 4 (course periods 7 and 8). Those of you who have received an e-mail are contact persons/course coordinators in Ladok for course sections that begin during study period 4 (weeks 13 and 14) for the spring semester 2025.
If you are not the course coordinator for the specific course, please inform the Schedule Function of the correct contact person, or forward the email to the colleague concerned. If the course is not scheduled or is cancelled, please let the Schedule function know this.
The scheduling is expected to be completed in mid-February and you will receive a notification via email when the schedule is published.
If you do not plan to use TimeEdit for scheduling and only intend to provide course information in Moodle, we would still like to ask you to announce a start date for the course. On the specified date, we can enter a short information in TimeEdit on the Schedule function, for example "Course start, see information in the Learning Platform Moodle". If the course starts at a specific time, please indicate this; otherwise, the Schedule function will register the booking with the time 08.00-08.15. This helps students find the information in TimeEdit.
The schedule function asks to receive your documentation no later than 30 December.
