Information security training is now completed – this is how it went
Every week for 10 weeks, all employees have received a short training in information security sent to them via email. Now the training has been completed and the statistics have been collected.
Of 1,117 employees, 47 have completed the entire training, 493 have started it and 577 have done nothing. Of 100 per cent of the employees, 4 per cent have done everything, 44 per cent have started the training and 52 per cent have done nothing.
The statistics also show which departments have been best at taking the training, where Infra is at the top with 21 percent who have completed all sections and 66 percent who have started it but not finished it completely. NMT's office also has good statistics, with 17 percent of the employees who have completed all sections and 67 percent who have started the training.
Eva Rodin Svantesson, IT information security coordinator and responsible for sending out the training, is positive about the compiled result.
"Of all those who have started the training but have not finished it completely, there are very many who have almost reached the finish line, it may be that they have missed to finish watching a film of one of the episodes and then the person does not reach 100 percent. We have almost 300 people who have completed 40 percent and more of the training, but of course it would have been good if even more people had completed it.
The entire training can be completed
The training in information security is created by the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency, MSB, and is called DISA, digital information security training for all. It has consisted of ten short sections that deal with topics such as passwords, cloud services, email and social media. It started in connection with Cyber Security Month in October.
If you want to take the entire training and get a 100% pass in the statistics, you need to go back in your email and find the mailings there. You can also go through the link below, but then you will not be included in the statistics. All new employees since October will be able to take part in the training in a new mailing after the New Year.
