Deleting the transcription tool Ragnar
Ragnar will be uninstalled on all computers during week 51.
We have identified security risks associated with the use of the transcription tool Ragnar.
Due to this, the university has decided to discontinue the use of the tool.
The uninstallation of Ragnar will take place on all computers where the tool is installed during week 51.
Until then, it is permitted to use Ragnar under the following conditions:
1. Disconnect the network before starting and using the transcription tool.
2. When finished, close the "black window"/Python used by Ragnar.
3. Reconnect the network only after the tool has been completely shut down.
These steps are important to minimize security risks until the uninstallation is completed.
