The vault is a service where you can store and share your files with others. The service can be used by anyone who has a need to share their documents with external users.
Generally
Valvet is a storage and file sharing service based on Nextcloud in Mid Sweden University's storage environment.
Information users/owners can share information with internal and external users. Files are managed through the browser or sync clients available for Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS, and Android.
Since the service has a higher level of protection than M365, an information classification is recommended before deciding whether to use the service for your project or collaboration.
Order
Ordering an account for the vault is done via the Service Portal.
Price
Basic price/user: 200kr/month
Storage space: basic level 10GB of data is included for each ordered user account.
Additional storage, in addition to the basic level, 1:-/GB and sold in blocks of 10GB
Cost is charged quarterly.
Support
No support is provided on the software.
