Guidance
Read the Guidance for cloud services that are apps/tools under General
Padlet is a cloud service that Miun has not signed an agreement with and that stores information on the company's own servers. This means that you need to be careful about how you use the service.
Before inviting participants to contribute to the board, inform them of their rights. This is important for them to be able to make an informed decision about whether or not to contribute.
Contributing to the bulletin board is voluntary.
You do not need to be logged in to Padlet to contribute to an existing bulletin board.
When the activity is completed, turn off the ability to write more contributions. You should also save a digital printout of the bulletin board on one of Miun's recommended storage solutions, as it is conceivable that it could be considered a public document.
Settings to know
Access
Once you've opened a board you've created, you'll find a SHARE button in the top right corner. There you can choose whether it should be Private, Password protected, Secret or Public. Avoid the Public option, as the board can be found by third parties through search engines such as Google.
Eligibility of participants
In the same menu, you can control whether visitors should have permission to Read, Write or Edit the bulletin board.
Export the board as PDF
Under the Export menu, which can be accessed via the SHARE button, there is the option to Save as PDF after completing the activity.
Restrictions
The service must not contain personal data or sensitive material. It is also not allowed to connect the service to your Office365 account. During the activity, keep track of the entries so that no one accidentally writes identifying or sensitive information.

Orders are made via the Service Portal.
License Type
