Information classification
As an authority, we have an obligation to classify our information. The rating helps you determine which storage area that is suitable for your information and collaboration.

Data that can be stored
Once you have completed your classification, you can check the routine description for digital workspaces to see which storage areas can be used based on the values you have obtained. It is important that the right storage area is selected so that the information that can be properly protected.

Order account
If it turns out that the Vault is the right solution for your information and collaboration, it’s time to order an account. You can find more information about costs and storage space here:

Log in with MFA
If you have the account, you will always be required to log in to the Vault with multifactor authentication (MFA). The login is done with Microsoft authenticator.
Password sharing
When you want to start your collaboration and invite colleagues/partners, choose which folder/document you want to share. In order to complete the sharing, you must start by enter the person’s email address. The person will then receive a link to the distributed folder in the Vault and you will receive an email with a password that applies to that person. The password may not be forwarded by email to the person, you can either send the password separately by SMS or as an encrypted email.
