Change booking information in a schedule
You can add or change information to the students yourself in the infobox of a schedule, such as moment description, reading instructions or other information that students need to take part of. In the link box, you can add or change a link to the students.
Please note that only you as the teacher on the current schedule can add/change information and/or link.
Other amendments
Minor adjustments/changes to a schedule are made during a revision period after a schedule release. Information/dates for the current revision period are sent out in connection with the schedule release to the teacher responsible for the course.
After the revision period, the schedule is seen as official and after this we make changes but please remember to also inform the students, especially if the changes are close in time when it may affect students’ planning.
Changes/additions to room bookings are made continuously in the current reading period.
To make changes/additions, you can create a case in the service portal, under Schedule via Service Portal or send an email to schema@miun.se with amendments to the schedule.
Only you as the teacher on the current schedule can add/change information and/or link.
