The administration's decision meeting, FBM
The administration's decision meeting (FBM) normally takes place every Tuesday at 08.00.
At the administration's decision-making meeting, the University Director makes decisions on cross-administrative matters. The administration's department heads also have the opportunity to make decisions on department-specific matters at these meetings.
Cases received no later than Wednesday at 12.00 noon, will be taken up at the administration's decision meeting (FBM) the following Tuesday, the following week. A completed decision form (available in Word) must always be attached to the case documents, which are sent by e-mail to: rektorsbeslut@miun.se
The following information needs to be filled in on the form:
- Reference number
- Who will be the rapporteur
- Short case description
- Proposal for a decision
- Who should have the case for action or for information.
