Now you as a student have the opportunity to try mindfulness, exercises in being here and now and which can be used as a way to deal with stress in everyday life.

The focus during the spring is on body scanning exercises every other week starting April 1.

The gathering takes place in groups on campus and the occasions are independent of each other. 

No registration is required.
